Problem Note 15320: Portal Preferences does not allow you to easily restore your defaults to what the browser has set

If your browser is set to a locale that is not supported under Preferences, it is not intuitive how to restore your defaults to what the browser has set. There is also not a way of setting your locale to the browser's setting, and keeping that setting even when the browser locale changes.
