Problem Note 15313: Cross Java Virtual Machine content sharing is broken

The TimeoutUrl set in the Portal is incorrect. This URL lacks the host name and port number necessary for the Portal to communicate with a viewer such as Web Report Viewer across a Java Virtual Machine JVM environment.
