Usage Note 15311: Install creates directories with write permissions for Group in SAS 9.1.3 on Unix

The following directories are created with group-writable permissions in SAS^® 9.1.3:

utilities utilities/src/ utilities/src/auth/ utilities/bin sasexe/ sasmsg/ misc/ misc/applets misc/base/ sashelp/ sasautos/

This allows anyone who is a member of the group to delete/replace files.
