Problem Note 15299: ERRORS during DB2 bulkload process are not returned to SAS

When an error is encountered during a DB2 bulkload operation (CLILOAD), the error is not being returned to SAS. The macro variable SYSDBMSG is blank and SYSDBRC is returning zero.
