When using the Advanced Aggregation Tuning Plug-in to SAS® OLAP Cube Studio, it may appear that your updated ARM log file is not being used to update the suggested aggregations generated. This can happen if you have already tuned the cube once by reading in the results of an ARM log and try to read in a new or updated version of the ARM log file.
The new set of suggested aggregations will be appended to the list of existing aggregations. This may make it appear that the updated ARM log has not been read. However, the new results are listed below the suggested aggregations.
