Usage Note 15164: SAS Human Capital Management user ids may contain certain special characters

In SAS® Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), sites may wish to use the company employee ID as the login id.
With the release of SAS Human Capital Management 3.1.0.6, the special characters for the at sign(@), underscore(_), and period(.) can be contained within the user ID.
