Problem Note 15004: Menus and Dialogs of the Add-in for Microsoft Office do not honor
non-U.S. locales
If the installed locale of Microsoft Office does not match the regional
settings of the operating system, the Add-in for Microsoft Office cannot
run in Excel. This is by design.
In order to access the Addin in this environment, you must install the
Multilingual User Interface pack.
Note: The current shortcoming of this workaround is that the SAS dialog
boxes appear in the language of the operating system's locale, not
that of Microsoft Office.
