Problem Note 15000: NLS characters become "right allow" mark when returned from stored
process results in SAS Add-In for Microsoft Office
In the results from a stored process, all national language support
characters NLS) become the "right allow mark" when the stored process
server is running on a system that uses UTF-8 encoding and when
Microsoft Excel is using Windows encoding.
