Usage Note 15931: Alerts not showing up in Strategic Performance Management
In SAS® Strategic Performance Management 2.1 (SPM), you may have problems
with alerts not being generated. When a threshold condition is met, the
evaluation of the condition to determine if an alert should be sent is
incorrect. This results in no alert showing up in the alert portlet,
and/or no email being sent.
