Usage Note 15913: Alert notifications not sent when sender email address has no domain
name
Some SMTP mail environments require that email addresses include a
domain name (such as @sas.com or @myserver.mycompany.com). In this
case, alerts generated by Solutions Services for Strategic Performance
Management or SAS® Financial Management, would not be sent to the
recipient.
It is possible to circumvent the problem by making sure each FROM email
address has a valid email account, and that when specifying the email
address, that it has the domain specified.
