Usage Note 15853: When you install from the SAS® Software Navigator installation might hang on list of products screen
When you install from the SAS Software Navigator (SSN), the installation
might hang on the list of products window after you provide the SAS
Installation Data (SID) file.
If this happens, wait a minute or two. If it still hangs, your SID might
be corrupted. At this point contact your company SAS Representative
and request a new copy of the SID.
If you continue to have problems after trying a new copy of the SID,
contact Tech Support.
