Usage Note 15781: Deleting a diagram in Strategic Performance Managment 2.1 causes
non-element based items to be removed from other diagrams
In Strategic Performance Management (SPM) 2.1, if you delete a diagram
from your environment, other diagrams in the environment may appear
incomplete. The problem appears on the remaining diagrams that have
text boxes or shapes that are not associated with scorecard elements.
The objects that are not associated with elements are removed from these
diagrams.
