Problem Note 15680: Close reason missing from several screens in the SAS Anti-Money
Laundering application
The close reason is not currently required when closing an alert.
The hotfix makes this a required field. The hotfix also adds the close
reason to the display of several screens and makes it a valid field for
alert queries.
