Problem Note 15529: Directory space allocation is greater than primary space allocation and
causes IEBCOPY clones to issue SVC99 RC=4
In some of the installation jobs, the directory space allocation can
exceed the primary space allocation for certain data sets.
This is causing some of the IEBCOPY clones to issue a storage
management error message.
This occurs on data sets that are relatively small and changing the
space allocation so that the primary space is greater than the directory
space will alleviate the problem.
