If you attempt to add an aggregation to an existing OLAP cube and then
follow that with a DROP_AGGREGATION statement in a separate PROC OLAP
step to drop the aggregation, you may receive the following errors:

   ERROR: The header of the cube utility file could not be validated.
   ERROR: The file structure of the cube is not compatible with the
      server host.
   ERROR: The cube file cannot be opened.
   WARNING: No aggregations have been added to or deleted from the
      "Cube_Name" cube.

This can sometimes happen when just trying to add an aggregation to a
cube and no DROP_AGGREGATION is attempted.

Once the error occurs, there is no way to further update the OLAP cube.
The cube will need to be manually deleted and recreated with the full
PROC OLAP code.
