Problem Note 14996: WHERE expression builder in Add-in for Microsoft Office does not catch
unbalanced quotes or comments
When you create a WHERE expression in the SAS Add-in for Microsoft
Office and have unbalanced quotes or comments, no observations are
returned. If you select the "Validate Expression" does not detect
unbalanced quotes or comments.
