Problem Note 14995: Values in Filter dialog box displayed incorrectly using Add-in for
Microsoft Office in European Excel
When you use the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office to work with SAS data
in Excel, non-integer numbers (for example, 3.1415 and dates) appear
incorrectly in the Filter and Advanced Filter dialog boxes in non-U.S.
locales.
