Problem Note 14994: SAS formats are not appropriately displayed when opening a table using
the Add-in for Microsoft Office
When you use the SAS Add-in for Microsoft Office to view SAS data in
Excel, some SAS formats are not displayed appropriately. For example,
* The new IS8601* formats are not recognized as DATE or DATETIME
formats.
* DATE or DATETIME formats are displayed with 2 digit year values
* Large non-integer and decimal values such as 12.2 appear in
scientific notation (For example, 1.23E4).
