The Portal log may show the following error:
[ERROR]
com.sas.portal.delegates.authentication.LogonDelegate -
com.sas.services.connection.ExpiredCredentialsException:
Error authenticating user Superintendent in function LogonUser.
Error 1330

Superintendent in function LogonUser.
Error 1330
(Logon failure: the specified account password has expired. ).
com.sas.iom.SASIOMDefs.GenericError:The specified password
for user Superintendent has expired and must be changed.
The above errors indicate that the password for the userid attempting
to log on to the Portal has expired.
To correct the problem, verify that the SAS required userids are defined
with "User can not change password" and "Password never expires" at the
operating system level. Also, confirm that these userids have the
appropriate "Log on as a batch job" or "act as part of the operating
system" user rights.
The above requirements are defined in the Pre-installation Checklist.
If the userids have expired and have been changed at the operating
system level, the passwords in the SAS Metadata must be changed. For
more information pertaining to updating passwords, refer to the User ID
and Password Management chapter in the SAS 9.1.3 Intelligence Platform:
