Usage Note 14934: ERROR: No metadata objects found matching the specified URI
If you specify a LIBNAME statement for a SAS library that does not exist
on your SAS Metadata Server, the following error messages will be
written to your SAS log.
ERROR: No metadata objects found matching the specified URI.
ERROR: Error in the LIBNAME statement.
The LIBNAME statement below will cause the error message if the library
"not_exist" does not exist.
libname testlib meta library=not_exist;
