In SAS 9, the Load Manager in SAS/IntrNet running in a z/OS environment,
may have a problem in 64-bit mode.  You will see the following abend
and error for the Load Manager:

   SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=EC6  REASON CODE=0000FD0B
