Problem Note 14887: Combine_Alerts job incorrectly uses the HOUSEHOLD_NAME
The Combine_Alerts job for SAS Anti-Money Laundering incorrectly
references the HOUSEHOLD_NAME variable. Instead it should reference the
HEAD_OF_HOUSEHOLD_NAME variable.
