Problem Note 14849: PDF files not available as Save type in Enterprise Reporter after
installing Adobe 6.0 or later
After installing Adobe Acrobat 6.0 or later, you will no longer have an
option to save your reports to PDF files in Enterprise Reporter 2.5. In
an interactive session, the filetype of *.PDF will not be listed when
you open the SAVE AS window. In batch mode, it will just ignore the fact
that you want a pdf output, run the batch file without errors, and
create no pdf output.
