Problem Note 14801: Specifying FIRSTOBS= option and PDS member name on INFILE statement
returns incorrect results
If a PDS member name is specified on the INFILE statement along with
the FIRSTOBS= option (either on an OPTIONS statement or as an option
on the INFILE statement), too few records are read from the member.
If the member name is specified on the DD card instead of the INFILE
statement, the correct number of records are read.
To circumvent this problem, add DCB=BUFNO=1 to the DD card.
