Usage Note 14769: SAS Scientific Discovery Solutions hot fix addresses many items with
Input Engines, File Uploads, and Analytical Processes
The hot fix below addresses many items with Input Engines, File Uploads,
and Analytical Processes in the SAS Scientific Discovery Solutions which
include Research Data Management, SAS Microarray, SAS Genetic Marker and
SAS Proteomics.
Items addressed include:
1) A where condition expression builder used to filter data has been
added to the Analytical Processes and Input Engines.
2) If an input data set contains a label in the Transpose Variable, a
warning message is erroneously printed to the log. After applying the
hot fix, a warning message is no longer printed to the log when this
condition occurs.
3) The Affymetrix Input Engine will create 'ProbeSet ID' rather than
'AffyID.' 'ProbeSet ID' is more consistent with the language a user
expects.
4) You can now define an analytical process with two or more blank
spaces in the name.
5) Mixed case variable names are now supported in variable lists within
analytical processes and input engines.
6) Mixed case is now supported in a %LET Statement in SAS code.
7) A more user-friendly variable selection list is available in the
analytical process dialog boxes.
