Problem Note 14708: Object could not be found message sporadically occurs
When selecting an item from a collection portlet in the Information
Delivery Portal, the following error may randomly occur in a message
popup window:
Object could not be found.
or
Item not found or access to this item is restricted for the user.
To circumvent the problem, log out of the portal and log back in.
