Usage Note 14669: Wrong values from SAS Strategic Performance Management as time roll-up
is not honoring formula scoping
When creating a formula in SAS Strategic Performance Management 2.0, if
the formula is scoped for specific time periods then the calculation
result may be incorrect.
Instead of using the time periods that are defined in the scope, all the
time periods may be used.
