Usage Note 14606: The SAS Human Capital Management Orgchart with statistics may show
different headcount value
In SAS Human Capital Management 3.1 (HCM, HRV, HR Vision), while viewing
the Organization Chart with Statistics, the user may experience a
discrepancy between the headcount number displayed for a node and that
same count viewed within the Show Detail table.
Some sites have two or more hierarchy values that have the same
formatted value. This results in the statistics for these multiple
groups being treated as one larger group.
With the release of SAS Human Capital Management 3.1.0.5, the headcount
display will be based on unformatted values by default. There is a new
configuration option named OrgUnformattedHierarchy="N". The values of
"N", "N" and "OFF" will cause the Organization Chart to behave as it did
previously and base the nodes on formatted values.
You can set this option within the configuration file, HRVision.cfg.
