Problem Note 14463: Creating bookmark for Word document inside Information Delivery Portal
results in white screen
When you are attempting to bookmark an open Word or Excel document in
the Information Delivery Portal, a white screen will appear where the
document should be displayed.
To circumvent the problem, select the browser refresh button after
bookmarking the document or configure Word to not "Browse in same
window" for .doc files.
The document will display correctly for other types, such as .pdf, .ppt
or .txt.
