Problem Note 14428: Nonlinear constraints may cause Read Access Violation in SAS/IML

If nonlinear constraints exist in your optimization problem when using
the nonlinear optimization subroutines, a read access violation may
occur with the message:

   ERROR:  Read Access Violation In Task ( IML ]
   Exception occurred at (67E691D3)
   Task Traceback

There is no circumvention for this problem.
