Problem Note 14409: SAS Anti-Money Laundering application may not start depending on
location of the log4j.jar file
It is possible to encounter the situation where BEA's WebLogic Domain
Configuration Wizard will not start and the following error is received:
"Could not find the main class. Program will exit."
The error is caused by the placement of the log4j-1.2.3.jar file in the
java-runtime ext directory.
Removal of the log4j-1.2.3.jar file from the ext directory corrects this
error.
