Problem Note 14346: DistinctCount MDX function returns 0 if all values are missing
If the DistinctCount MDX function is used to query against a SAS OLAP
cube where all the values are missing, the DistinctCount function will
return a value of zero (0) for the count instead of the actual number of
members.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
