Problem Note 14334: Member lock not available when using SAS SPD Server database for contact
history
Attempts to update the contact history table while executing a
communication will fail with a locking error if SAS SPD Server is used
as the database.
The problem is a result of the connection to the SAS SPD Server data not
explicitly setting locking=yes in the connection statement.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
http://www.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/e9_sbcs_prod_list.html#014334
For customers running SAS with Asian Language Support (DBCS), this
