Problem Note 14329: New shared page templates not seen by users in Information Delivery Portal

If a shared page is viewed by a user in the Information Delivery Portal
and that page template is removed and a new page is created with the
same name as the previous page, the new page template will not be seen
until the web container has been restarted.

The web container has to be restarted for new shared page templates
to be seen by users who have already logged into the Information
Delivery Portal.
