Problem Note 14320: Permission trees not removed when users and groups are removed from Open Metadata Repository

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It
The user and group permission trees, that are shown under the Portal
Application Tree in the SAS Management Console, are not deleted when the
user or group is removed from the metadata.

If the customer or group is recreated after it was deleted and the
Information Delivery Portal is invoked, a second permissions tree with
the same name will be created.

If a group is recreated, removed and an attempt is made in the Portal to
share a page, two instances of the group name will appear even though no
real group exists in the metadata. Also, any SAS job that searches for
a group permissions tree will succeed and return one of the trees but
should fail since the group does not exist.

A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:

http://www.sas.com/techsup/download/hotfix/e9_sbcs_prod_list.html#014320

For customers running SAS with Asian Language Support (DBCS), this
fix should be downloaded from:
