Problem Note 14317: Corrupted characters are displayed when characters are outside of
standard PC character set when retreived from a DAV respository
Characters outside of the standard PC character set will be corrupted
and may appear as question marks or other characters. This problem has
been encountered when the characters are retrieved from a DAV
Repository.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
