Problem Note 14306: logins are not sorted and take a long time to be displayed in SAS Management Console

Logins viewed by the unrestricted user in the SAS Management Console are
not displayed in a sorted order.  In addition, logins may take a very
long time to be display.  The time to display the logins will depend on
how many are defined.
