Problem Note 14280: Stored Process cannot be found by client application

The Stored Process Manager plug-in in SAS Management Console allows
creation of Stored Processes in folders that are not valid locations for
Stored Processes. This prevents the Stored Process from being available
to all client applications.

For example, a Stored Process can be created in the Portal Application
Tree folder and the same Stored Process will not be available to other
client applications such as Enterprise Guide.
