Problem Note 14273: MVAResultSet Getxxx methods that take calendar arguments are not working
as expected
When you use the ResultSet methods that use a Calendar argument to
retrieve values for Dates, Times, or TimeStamps (getDate(), getTime(),
etc.), you may find that when you pass in a GMT based calendar the
values returned are the same as if you call the methods that do not use
a Calendar (running in EST timezone).
For example, getTime(int i, Calendar cal) where cal contains a GMT date
and time may return the same time as getTime(int i), which is not as
described in the Java API.
