Problem Note 14270: Permission trees not created after running RemovePortalMetadata tool
After running the RemovePortalMetadata.bat tool to remove Information
Delivery Portal data from the Open Metadata Repository, the permission
trees will not be created in the repository for the group when running
the InitPortalData.bat job or starting by starting the Information
Delivery Portal.
To circumvent the problem, remove the IdentityGroup from the Open
Metadata Repository and re-add it.
