Problem Note 14265: Resources not released when using Web Server authentication and the Information Delivery Portal

If a user has authenticated to the Information Delivery Portal via Web
Server authentication, the ability to logout is not available because
the logoff button is not displayed.

Since logging off is not an option, resources, such as workspace
connections, may not get cleaned up until the HttpSession is cleaned up.
The web authenticated user sessions will not be cleaned up until the
sessions time out.
