Problem Note 14264: Turkish codepage settings causes Enterprise Miner login failure

Using Turkish codepage settings may cause clients such as Enterprise
Miner to fail.

The following error may be encountered in the Enterprise Miner client.

   "Could not login to Enterprise Miner. Contact your administrator
   for the correct user name and password."
