Problem Note 14243: Missing Resource warning messages displayed in serverlet container log file

The following errors may be seen in a servlet container log file when
using Information Delivery Portal.


  [WARN ] com.sas.portal.taglib.ui.DictionaryFactory - Missing Resource:
  Bookmark.alt.txt
  [WARN ] com.sas.portal.taglib.ui.DictionaryFactory - Missing Resource:
  Publish.alt.txt
  [WARN ] com.sas.portal.taglib.ui.DictionaryFactory - Missing Resource:
  email.alt.txt

These messages are caused by the altTextKey entries in the SASThemes.xml
file.


A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
