Using the REMOTE LIBRARY SERVICES and SAS/ACCESS engines together
may cause performance problems with SAS 9.1.  It appears that using the
ERRLIMIT= option in SAS/SHARE or SAS/CONNECT environments can result in
performance degradations when creating or populating a newly created
table using SAS/ACCESS.

This problem was introduced when support was added for the ERRLIMIT=
option with SAS/SHARE to turn off it's buffering of observations.  In
doing so, Share is limiting the data movement from the server to one
observation at a time now, rather than in a MOB (multi- observation
buffer). Share will revert to this single observation transmission if an
engine returns a warning or error on an operation. Apparently, with
Access engine's it will automatically turn off MOBing if the ERRLIMIT=
option isn't set to zero.  ERRLIMIT=1 is the default.

To work around this problem, specify ERRLIMIT=0 on the Access librefs on
the SAS/SHARE server.
