Usage Note 14206: Advanced Aggregation Tuning Plug-in for OLAP Cube Studio
An Advanced Aggregation Tuning plug-in will soon be available in OLAP
Cube Studio to better assist cube designers with the task of tuning
their SAS 9 cubes.
This aggregation tuning tool will provide a more robust point-and-click
interface for defining additional cube aggregations and automatically
generating aggregations to help improve performance of OLAP cubes at
query time. In addition, this tool can take as input an ARM log output
file and show frequency of queries and where performance can be improved
with additional aggregations.
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
