Problem Note 14195: SAS Help does not work correctly with the Japanese locale
If LOCALE is set to LANG=ja_JP, the Help does not function.
An error similar to the following will appear:
An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the
VM.
Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0x40FA91A0
Function=Java_java_util_jar_JarFile_getMetaInfEntryNames+0xB4
Library=/usr/local/SAS/SAS_9.1/sasjre/1.4.1/lib/i386/libzip.so
A fix for SAS 9.1.3 (9.1 TS1M3) for this issue is available at:
