Problem Note 14189: Calculated member may not appear when both a table and chart are
selected
When creating a calculated member and adding it in the Visual Data
Explorer, the table may not immediately display the calculated member if
a chart is also present or the chart may not initially appear. This may
be circumvented by selecting APPLY or by removing the calculated member
from the selection tree and adding it back.
