Problem Note 14083: Connection between SAS 9 tier clients and mainframe servers may fail
with the NLSCOMPATMODE option and a non-CEPC1047 encoding
The connection between SAS 9 tier clients and mainframe servers may fail
if the NLSCOMPATMODE option and a non-CEPC1047 session encoding is
used. The failure may surface with different error messages, depending
on the tier client application. Refer to #014045 for an example of
the failure that occurs with the SAS Enterprise Guide client.
