Problem Note 14053: ENDOBS= option on SPDE LIBNAME statement processed incorrectly

Beginning in SAS 9, the ENDOBS= option on a LIBNAME statement which
specifies the SPDE engine produces incorrect results.  The ENDOBS=
value is incorrectly processed by the engine as a STARTOBS= value.

To circumvent this problem, specify ENDOBS= as a data set option,
rather than a LIBNAME statement option.  This problem is corrected in
SAS 9.2
