Problem Note 14895: Filing a SAR does not update the date in the FSC_PARTY_DIM
When a SAR is filed on a customer, the field:
AMLCORE.FSC_PARTY_DIM.LAST_SUSP_ACTV_RPT_DATE
is not being updated with the date.
